“Guests are not allowed into the house without a warm word and a warm bench.” In the Kosiv region, hospitality has always had its “language of fabric” — a throw draped over a chair or sofa immediately spoke of the hosts' care.
The throw rug “Warm Hospitality” — a wool product from the “Hutsul Bedspread” workshop, created to make any chair, sofa, or bench cozier. The dense hand weaving adds warmth and traditional Hutsul character to the interior, while the practical design protects the furniture from wear.

At the core — the wool of sheep grazing in the Carpathian meadows. It is washed, dried, and carded with a special comb to a fluffy ball state, then twisted into yarn and woven on a traditional loom. The finished product undergoes felting in a “felting machine” — a wooden tub where a stream of water falls under pressure: after a few hours of rotation, the product becomes tight and fluffy. Finally, the rug is dried on rods and brushed to fluff the wool.
By the ornament, an experienced eye could recognize the master's native village: in Yavoriv, for example, they weave crooked, parquet, rainbow, and plum patterns — each with its own centuries-old history.
Regular airing in fresh air and vacuuming at low power keep the wool fluffy and warm. In case of soiling — dry cleaning or careful hand washing in cool water with a delicate wool detergent, without wringing.
