Every product in the store HUCUL.if.ua is checked before shipping. We only collaborate with verified craftsmen and workshops from the Hutsul region, who are responsible for the quality of their products. By purchasing from us, you receive an authentic Hutsul product without manufacturing defects.

The warranty obligations are regulated by the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" and the terms of this page.

The warranty covers
  • Manufacturing defects in materials
  • Separation, tearing of seams during normal use
  • Defects in painting and surface finishing
  • Structural violations of the product
  • Non-compliance of the product with the description on the website
The warranty does not cover
  • Mechanical damage caused by the buyer
  • Natural wear and tear from prolonged use
  • Damage due to improper care
  • Damage caused by the carrier (Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta)
  • Self-intervention or repair of the product

How to Check the Product Upon Receipt

Be sure to inspect the package and the product directly at the Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta branch before signing the receipt documents.

Inspect the packaging

Check the external appearance of the box or packaging for visible damage, dents, or tears.

Unpack and check the product

Immediately inspect the item — ensure there are no defects, and that the color and completeness match the order.

Document any damage

If you find a defect — take photos of the packaging and the product on the spot, and draw up a report in the presence of the delivery service employee.

Contact us

Send photos and a description of the defect to uahucul@gmail.com or via messenger — we will resolve the situation quickly.

Important: Claims regarding damage by the carrier are accepted only if a report is drawn up at the branch before signing for receipt.
