To make a delivery, you must:

    receive an invoice from us for the goods you have chosen;
    pay for the purchase according to the invoice at any bank branch;
    upon receipt of money to our account, we send the goods to your city through the delivery service;
    after sending the goods, we inform you of the date, time of arrival and the number of the cargo declaration;
    to receive the goods at the delivery service branch in your city, you must have a passport and know the cargo declaration number.

We guarantee the high quality of our products to our customers because we check them before sending them out.

Payment for goods and services in our store is made as follows:

    Cashless payment. When you choose this form of payment, a receipt for the payment of goods will be automatically generated on the site, according to which you can pay for the goods in any bank of Ukraine by transferring funds.
    Payment by cash on delivery in the delivery service. When choosing this type of payment, the prepayment is UAH 200 to a Privat or Monobank card. The rest is +2% of the order amount and +30 UAH. You pay at a Nova Poshta branch.

Rules for exchange, return and repair of goods

All goods purchased in our store are subject to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights". In order to avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to pay attention to the following procedure for the exchange or return of goods.

When the buyer has the right to return or exchange the purchased goods.

According to Ukrainian law, there are two cases in which the buyer may return (or exchange) the purchased goods:

    The goods are faulty, have significant defects that make it impossible to use them (the fault of the manufacturer or supplier);
    The goods are of proper quality, but for some reason did not suit the buyer, while the goods were not used, the integrity of the packaging (seals, etc.) and the payment document is preserved.

What to do if the goods are of inadequate quality?

To begin with, you need an examination carried out at a service centre to confirm the presence of significant defects. To do this, you need to write an application for an examination at the place of sale of the goods and sign an act of acceptance of the goods for examination.

The buyer may return the goods of inadequate quality if the defects are significant and caused by the manufacturer's fault. If the defects are insignificant, the buyer has the right to have them remedied free of charge within the statutory period.

If, as a result of the examination, it is established that the defects of the goods arose through the fault of the buyer, the buyer is obliged to reimburse the costs associated with the examination. Elimination of defects caused by improper use is also carried out at the expense of the buyer.
What are the terms of exchange and return of goods of good quality?

If no more than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase and the goods show no signs of use, the integrity of the packaging, presentation, consumer properties, seals, labelling, and all documents received from the seller (receipts, warranty cards, user manuals) are preserved.

If a gift was included with the goods, it must be returned with the goods. In this case, the gift must also be free of signs of use, its presentation, consumer properties, seals and original packaging must be preserved. If a loyalty card was issued during the purchase, it will be cancelled.

The following goods are not subject to exchange and return: the goods listed in Appendix No. 3 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 (printed publications, soft toys, audio and video cassettes, discs for laser reading systems with recording, combs, baby products: diapers, nipples, feeding bottles, etc.)

If at the time of exchange a similar product is not on sale, the consumer has the right to

    buy any other goods that are available, with the appropriate recalculation of the cost,
    receive a refund in the amount of the value of the returned goods,
    exchange the goods for similar ones as soon as the goods are put on sale.

In case of a refund, settlements with the buyer are made based on the value of the goods at the time of purchase. The money is returned no later than within 7 days from the date of confirmation of the absence of a breach of warranty obligations on the part of the buyer.
What are the conditions for refusing to replace a product with a new one?

If the product has been in use and has defects.

There is no document confirming the fact of purchase.

More than 14 days have passed since the purchase.
What rights does a buyer have if he/she purchases goods of inadequate quality?

The buyer has the right to demand a reduction in the price of the goods.

The buyer has the right to eliminate defects in the goods free of charge within the appropriate time frame.

The buyer has the right to reimburse the costs of eliminating defects in the goods.
What should I do to get a refund?

To get a refund of the money spent on the purchase of defective goods, the buyer must submit a written application to the seller at the place of purchase, which will specify the buyer's requirements and the reasons for returning the goods.

In addition to the reason, the application must contain the following information

    details of the document establishing the identity of the buyer returning the goods (passport series and number, date and place of issue);
    data on the goods (name of the goods, article, date of sale, cost as of the date of sale);
    the amount of money paid for the returned goods.

Refunds are made from Monday to Friday from 10.00 to 18.00 and only if the payment document and the buyer's identity document are available in the store where the purchase was made.

If the goods that you want to return or exchange were delivered to you by courier or road transport companies, the return of the goods to us is carried out at the expense of the sender. The goods can be returned by courier services.
