About the product

The sheared wool is first washed and dried, then carded with a special comb — this creates a fluffy ball, resembling a cloud. The carded wool is twisted into threads (rovnytsia), from which fabric is woven on traditional looms. The finished product is thrown into a felting machine — a wooden tub with a powerful water flow, where it “felts” for several hours, becoming tight and fluffy. After this, it is dried on poles and brushed to fluff the wool.
