Woven Belt "Lingonberry August" — a Hutsul woven belt, deep berry shades of late summer. It is not just a belt, but a coded message woven using the traditional technology of Carpathian weavers. Handwoven in the workshop "Hutsul Belt" in Kosiv on a classic wooden loom. The technology has been passed down from generation to generation since at least the 18th century.

Color Scheme and Pattern

Dark red, burgundy, purple — like ripe lingonberries in the meadow. The ornament includes geometric motifs — waves — traditional symbols of protection, fertility, and connection with the nature of the Carpathians.

How to Use

Perfect for: autumn or winter embroidered shirt, dark sash, adult restrained look. Thanks to hand weaving, the belt retains its shape, does not stretch, and serves for decades.

Ordering Conditions

Orders from 10 meters. This can be one long strip for several products or several shorter cuts.

Care

• Hand wash in cold water (up to 30 °C) with a mild chlorine-free detergent
• Dry horizontally on a towel, away from radiators
• Iron from the reverse side through cotton fabric
• Store rolled up in a roll — without creases
