The blanket “Spruce Needles” is a woolen product, handwoven in the city of Kosiv using traditional Hutsul weaving techniques. The sharp, “needle-like” pattern gives the blanket a dynamic, almost graphic character — it is a product for those who appreciate expressive, atypical ornamentation.

At the core — wool from sheep grazing in the Carpathian meadows. It is washed, dried, and carded with a special comb until it becomes a fluffy ball, then twisted into yarn and woven on a traditional loom. The finished product undergoes felting in a “felting tub” — a wooden vat where a stream of water falls under pressure: within a few hours of rotation, the product becomes dense and fluffy. Finally, the blanket is dried on poles and brushed to fluff the wool.
Regular airing outdoors and vacuuming on low power keep the wool fluffy. In case of soiling — dry cleaning or careful hand washing in cool water with a gentle wool detergent, without wringing. Dry horizontally, away from heating batteries.
