Zgardi are some of the oldest breeches of Hutsul. In tectonic terms it is a complex composite system that combines one or several rhythmic-plastic series of different types of solar characters imprinted on "reticks", a strap, etc., placed among themselves at the distances of the "lists" and connected by "cashbags". The composite center often serves a larger, equilateral cross, uniting all the other, sometimes ever smaller crosses.
