Be sure to inspect the package and the product directly at the Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta branch before signing the receipt documents.
Check the external appearance of the box or packaging for visible damage, dents, or tears.
Immediately inspect the item β ensure there are no defects, and that the color and completeness match the order.
If you find a defect β take photos of the packaging and the product on the spot, and draw up a report in the presence of the delivery service employee.
