The handmade cross is crafted in the form of a flourishing cross with characteristic cylindrical ends on each ray, decorated with fine ray-like ornamentation. At the center of the composition is a carved image of the crucified Christ. The product is entirely wooden, handcrafted by the masters of Kosiv without the use of machine processing, and can serve as both a home shrine and an element of church attire.

Product Description

The shape of this cross differs from the typical Hutsul style — here, each ray ends with a rounded, almost barrel-shaped element, covered with a fine triangular carved pattern reminiscent of sun rays. In the central part, the master carved the image of the Crucifixion of Christ — the figure is executed in shallow relief, with clear lines of clothing and contour. Above the head is a small round medallion with an additional ornamental element. The entire composition is made in the technique of "dry" carving, characteristic of the masters of Kosiv.
