For all products purchased online HUTSUL.if.ua, subject to the law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumers' Rights. To avoid misunderstanding please pay attention to the following specified procedures for procedures for the exchange or return of goods.

When the buyer has the right to return or exchange goods purchased:
According to the laws of Ukraine, there are two cases in which the buyer can return (or exchange) purchased goods:

What are the terms of the exchange and return of goods due money?
If the date of purchase of the goods was not more than 14 days and no traces of product operation, preserved the integrity of the packaging, appearance, consumer characteristics, seal, label and all documents received from the seller (checks, warranty card, instruction manual).

Do not be exchanged or returned goods belonging to the list referred to in Annex №3 to the CMU number 172 (publications, toys, audio and video tapes, discs for laser reading systems of record, scallops, products for babies, diapers , pacifiers, feeding bottles, etc.).
If at the time of the exchange of similar goods not in sale, the consumer is entitled to: buy any other products that are available, with appropriate recalculation of cost, get money back for the cost of returned goods be exchanged for the same product at the first receipt of the product for sale.
If refund calculations are carried out with the buyer based on the value of the goods at the time of purchase. Money returned no later than 7 days after confirmation of the absence of a breach of warranty by the buyer.

Under what conditions will be refused to replace with a new product?
If the product has been in operation and has a defect or is in an incomplete configuration.
No documents confirming the purchase of goods (or cash receipt) and warranty card for the purchased goods.
Since the purchase took more than 14 days.

What rights should the buyer in case of acquisition of defective goods?
The buyer has the right to demand reduction of the price of the goods.

What should be done for a refund?
To return money that was spent on the purchase of defective goods, the buyer must submit the place of purchase to the seller of the goods a written statement, which will be referred to the requirements of the buyer and the reasons for returning the product.
